NAPAC offers support to adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse, including physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect.
The support line, for adults who have suffered any type of abuse in childhood, directs callers to information online via support groups, self-help, phone call support and much more.

  • Helpline: open Monday – Thursday (excluding public holidays) from 10am to 12pm on freephone 0808 145 1887.
  • Counselling: Your counsellor will listen, will help you to stabilise and regulate your emotions and work with you to find the strength you need to cope with and recover from your past experiences. Your counsellor will work with you to tailor your counselling sessions to meet your specific needs.

Respect

Respect offer advice and emotional support to men who experience domestic abuse, and signpost to other vital services that help men keep themselves (and their children) safe.
