Sessions/Fees

I offer a free initial telephone consultation to discuss your needs and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. Choosing the right counsellor is a personal decision, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with your choice.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are priced at £45, whether conducted online or in-person.

I kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, the full session fee will apply. That said, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I’ll do my best to accommodate and reschedule where possible.

Concessions may be available depending on your individual circumstances, and I’m happy to discuss options with you.

Payment is required in advance of each session via bank transfer. Details will be emailed to you on booking confirmation.

I am on the number 5 and number 1 bus route and the number 6 bus drops off outside the hospital which is also 5 minutes walk. I am just a 15 minute walk from the City centre.
